Sign up for REACH Alert

Presentation Academy has partnered with Reach Alert to provide a parent notification and emergency alert system for the school. We are encouraging all of our school families to take a minute to register for this service. With Reach Alert, we can immediately advise you of breaking, time sensitive information or even send reminders about things such as parent teacher conferences. You decide how you want to receive these alerts: cell phone text message, voice advisories, and/or email.

If you registered for Presentation Academy alerts preciously, there is no need to register again. Your settings will carry over to the 2023-2024 school year.

For new users, follow these steps:

• Go to www.reachalert.com

• Click on MY ACCOUNT

• Click on CREATE ACCOUNT

• Follow the prompts, enter Presentation when asked which network you wish to join, and click on our name when it appears in the dropdown list.

• Enter the school’s registration code - presgirl - when prompted.

• If you requested a text message, you will immediately receive a text message from REACH Alert with a 4-digit number. Simply enter this 4-digit number on the screen and click VALIDATE.

• If you have any trouble, just call REACH Alert and their Louisville based Customer Service Team will complete your registration within seconds.

If you already have a Reach Alert account with another school, log in to your current account and click on “join network” on the dashboard page. You will be asked to choose a network - type Presentation Academy and then follow the prompts.
