The educational program at Presentation Academy is designed to provide a solid foundation for all educational experiences beyond high school, but it is especially designed for academic success in college.
Through a varied curriculum, students are challenged to function at competency levels commensurate with their abilities and interests. They are given the responsibility of organizing their time, and they play an active role in obtaining the best education possible. Students meeting specific academic requirements may apply to take courses at Spalding University.
To receive a diploma from Presentation Academy, a student is required to complete a minimum of 28 credits. Required classes:
The following meet the current requirements for the Kentucky Pre-College curriculum. These courses of study are required for unconditional admission to many state universities:
Pay special attention to grade level and pre-requisites cited. Some courses require a teacher signature. Teachers, counselors, and administrators will be happy to assist students by recommending the courses that are the most appropriate.
Once a student submits her course selection form and fee, every effort is made to accommodate her requests and the master schedule is developed.
