Retreats
Service
HOPE

Retreats are an important part of spiritual growth for Pres girls. Overall the retreat program focuses on strengthening each student’s spirituality through prayerful self-discovery.

Freshman retreat is a day of reflection called My Story. It focuses on each student’s personal history, our story at Presentation and dreams for future chapters of each student’s story. The retreat is held at Catherine Spalding retreat center in Nazareth, KY. Freshman retreat is a gift from the school, meaning every freshman attends the retreat at no cost.

Beginning with the 2006-2007 school year the sophomore retreat will be an overnight retreat held at Kavanaugh retreat center. It will focus on relationships with self, family, friends, and God.

The focus of the junior retreat is discipleship. CrossRoads ministry coordinates this powerful experience called Follow Me. The overnight retreat allows students to meet people who serve and are served. Students examine their own personal call to discipleship.

Senior retreat is a three day Christian Awakening retreat which builds on the social justice experience of the junior retreat. This retreat focuses on knowing oneself, values, the search for God, God’s friendship, and how to be a Christian in daily life.

Presentation Academy encourages every student to go on retreat each year. To help make that a possibility, financial assistance is available for any student who cannot cover the cost of retreat.
