The purpose of the “Be Fit: Topper 90 Day Challenge” is to encourage members of the Pres community to initiate and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This program, designed for those who are in need of weight loss, is open to all families and friends of Presentation. If dropping a few pounds is on the top of your New Year’s Resolution list, let us help you reach your goal! Oh, and did we mention that cash prizes will be awarded throughout the program?

Cash Prize Winners
Winners are chosen based on body transformation. In other words, those individuals with the highest percentage of weight loss will receive cash prizes.
- Top 6 participants overall (3 female & 3 male)
Weight loss will be calculated by percentage, not by number of pounds
- Benchmark winners - Top female and male based on 30 and 60 day weigh-ins
- Students who encourage a minimum of five participants to register will be entered into a $500 drawing
- $25 - Early Registration (open until Sunday, December 30, 2012)
- $35 - Beginning January 1, 2013 (until kick-off event January 6, 2013)
Attend the “Be Fit: Topper 90 Day Challenge” kick-off on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 1 pm for the first weigh-in. In addition to music, door prizes, sample shakes, and t-shirts, hear from guest speaker Coach Mo (Biggest Loser Season 8 contestant), Anne Kordes (University of Louisville Women’s Head Volleyball Coach), and Ken Lolla (University of Louisville Men’s Head Soccer Coach). An Earth Fare Health Food Store booth will be available to share healthy eating habit ideas, not to mention a health clinic complete with exercise/workout demos that can be done at home or the gym.

60 Day Weigh-In: Sunday, March 3, 2013
Final Weigh-In: Sunday, April 14, 2013
