PRESENTATION ACADEMY FALL SPORTS
2007 TRY-OUT INFORMATION
Cross Country
Tryouts/practice-July 18-19 from 6-8 pm at Seneca Park (next to bathrooms and playground).
Field Hockey
Tryouts-July 19 from 6-7 pm at Seneca Park (next to bathrooms and playground)
Golf
Tryout/practice dates-July 17, 20, and 23 from 9 am - 12pm at Shawnee Golf Course (meet in clubhouse at 8:45 and must bring own clubs)
Soccer
Tryouts-July 15, 16 and 17 from 6-8 pm at Seneca Park (next to bathrooms and playground)
Volleyball
Tryouts-July 15, 16 and 17 at Presentation’s Gym
FRESHMEN: 4-6pm
SOPH, JR & SR: 6-8 pm
In order to participate on an athletic team, students MUST file the following information with the athletic department prior to the tryout date for their respective sport:
- Parent Permission form
- Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) physical form
- School insurance. School insurance is provided for every student as part of her tuition.
STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE TEAM UNTIL THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS ON FILE
