Presentation’s Jill O’Bryan Named Jefferson County
High School Field Hockey “Coach of the Year”
Presentation Academy’s Jill O’Bryan, who led the Toppers field hockey team to a 16-10 record in her sixth season as head coach, has again been honored as the Jefferson County High School Field Hockey “Coach of the Year” for 2010.  She received the same honor in 2006, which was only her second season coaching at Presentation.

O’Bryan received the honor on Thursday, Oct. 28 following the championship game of the Kentucky High School Field Hockey Tournament at Bellarmine University’s Knights Field.  She was chosen for the honor in a vote by fellow Jefferson County high school field hockey coeaches.  The successful season also led to post-season honors for two Presentation players named to “All State” teams.  Senior Erin Asher, a forward, was named to the First Team All State and sophomore Olivia Wagner, a midfielder, was named to the Second Team All State.
