 Actors Theatre of Louisville Ushers Membership is open to all students interested in serving as ushers at Actors Theatre of Louisville. Students work at evening plays during the school year.
Bowling Members bowl once a week at Executive Strike and Spare with St. Xavier High School. Opportunities to bowl for scholarship money is available.
Creative Writing This organization is open to all students interested in any form of writing. The members of the club listen to and support each other in writing projects and oral readings. The club plans and performs at the annual Bohemian Coffeehouse. Members also produce an annual literary publication, Under the Tower.
Environmental Members raise ecological awareness on campus and in the community.
Forensic Science Members use forensics to investigate occurrences. Students learn fingerprinting, how to check for blood splatter evidence, etc. The club sponsors guest speakers that work with the Metro Government Forensics team and Crime Investigations.
Human Rights Society The mission of this club is to undertake research and action focusing on preventing and ending grave abuses of the rights to physical and mental integrity, freedom of conscience and expression, and freedom from discrimination to promote all human rights.
Interact This international organization is sponsored by the Rotary Club of St. Matthews and fosters leadership, responsible citizenship, and promotes international understanding and peace.

Kentucky United Nations Assembly (KUNA)/ Kentucky Youth Assembly (KYA) These programs offer first hand experience in state government affairs and world affairs. They are designed to promote a more responsible citizen and a better life for all mankind.
Math Team The Math Team is a member of the Greater Louisville Athletics League. Three students from each grade are chosen for the team, which takes tests four times a year in competition with other schools.
Mission Members explore and participate in local, national and international mission opportunities.
National Art Honor Society This society recognizes the talents and skills of art-making and service in the arts. Members also visit art galleries, museums, and artist's studios. For more information visit http://presnahs.blogspot.com/.
National Honor Society Membership is limited to students holding a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Students also must demonstrate service, leadership and character.
Rosary Making Students participate in workshops on how to make a rosary. The rosaries made will be given to local missions. Students receive volunteer hours for helping.
Spirit Members work to create a positive, supportive attitude throughout the school.
Student Council Members interface between the school's administration and students, as it works to build leadership skills among students and promote good relationships among everyone on campus.
